The professor will facilitate observation, reflection, and practice teaching for teacher candidates in junior/Intermediate classrooms. They are responsible for providing mentoring, feedback, and conducting both formative and summative evaluations.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in education and possess relevant teaching or school administration experience at the primary junior level. Knowledge of the ontario curriculum and the standards of the ontario college of teachers is required.
