Core responsibilities
- Select, design, update and construct educational courses and lab aids/Materials.
- Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations in medical laboratory science.
- Supervise students in classroom, clinical, labs, tours, etc..
- Evaluate students through exams, assignments and observations.
- Counsel students and prospective students on program and job opportunities
Requirements summary
- Degree or diploma in medical laboratory technology with active registration and licensure.
- Minimum of two years recent relevant experience as a medical laboratory technologist in canada.
- Ability to engage students effectively in complex topics.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ms office suite and educational software.
