The professor will facilitate observation, reflection, and practice teaching for teacher candidates in primary/Junior division classrooms. Responsibilities include providing mentoring, feedback, and conducting both formative and summative evaluations.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in education and possess recent teaching or administrative experience at the primary/Junior level. Knowledge of the ontario curriculum and the standards of the ontario college of teachers is required.
