CSD - Family Wellness - Intervention Coordinator

The family wellness intervention coordinator builds and maintains safe, positive relationships with families and works cooperatively with child and family services workers. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload to support children, youth, and families, making referrals, and completing administrative functions.

Candidates must have a college diploma or degree in the human services field and a minimum of two years of experience in a front-Line role. A valid class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
