Community Disability Worker: One Saturday per Month - TERM

The community disability worker is responsible for implementing individual service plans to support individuals with disabilities, providing direct care, and promoting community inclusion. They must also maintain safety, assist with personal goals, and communicate effectively with individuals and their families.

Candidates are preferred to have post-Secondary education and training in community rehabilitation and disabilities studies. Effective communication, time management skills, and the ability to work in challenging situations are essential.
