Middle & High School Leadership Teacher

Mentors are responsible for leading six live, synchronous online classes, delivering engaging instruction that develops students' critical thinking and leadership skills while implementing the williamsburg curriculum with fidelity. Key duties include providing timely feedback, monitoring student progress, hosting office hours, and maintaining clear communication with students and families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with expertise in the subject area and a current teaching license, alongside strong organizational, communication, and self-Motivation skills. Proficiency with technology, including file management and electronic reporting, is required, along with alignment to the organization's mission and values.
