High School Leadership Teacher

Mentors are responsible for delivering engaging, live online instruction synchronously, focusing on developing students' critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills by implementing the williamsburg curriculum with fidelity. Key duties include leading virtual classrooms, providing timely feedback, monitoring student progress, hosting office hours, and maintaining clear communication with students and families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with expertise in the subject area and a current secondary education license with a business & marketing endorsement. Required attributes include being a quick learner with technology, excellent communication skills, self-Motivation, flexibility, and alignment with the organization's mission and values.
