Registered Nurse Nurse Resident Medical Surgical

This is a 12-Month nurse residency program designed for new graduate nurses to transition into safe and competent professionals through dedicated preceptors, workshops, and mentorship. The role focuses on empowering nurses with resources necessary to deliver compassionate and high-Quality care within a medical-Surgical setting.

Candidates must possess current registered nurse licensure in illinois or michigan and current american heart association healthcare provider bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a bsn and experience with healthcare information systems, while applicants should have less than six months of continuous registered nurse employment in an acute care setting.
