Candidates must possess early childhood certification (Ece level 2/3) and ideally have a minimum of one year of experience working with children, with reggio-Inspired or montessori experience being an asset. Applicants must also be prepared to handle tasks like diaper changing and thorough cleaning, and must be trustworthy, patient, and ambitious to grow with the company.
