The role involves providing personal care to children, including toileting, first aid, and medication administration, while actively engaging with groups of up to 15 children to ensure their safety and supervision. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing play-Based learning according to the ymca curriculum and maintaining positive communication with families and staff.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess or be willing to obtain standard first aid and cpr (Level c) certification within 90 days, along with a satisfactory vulnerable sector check and up-To-Date immunizations. The position requires availability for 25 hours per week split shifts, typically between 7:00-9:30 am and 3:00-6:00 pm, monday through friday.
