Core responsibilities

This role involves providing personal care to children, including toileting, first aid, and medication administration, while actively ensuring the safety and supervision of groups up to 15 children independently. The employee will also plan and implement play-Based learning according to the ymca curriculum and maintain positive communication with families and staff.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess or be willing to complete standard first aid and cpr (Level c) certification within 90 days, along with a satisfactory vulnerable sector check and up-To-Date immunizations. The position requires availability for 25 hours per week split shifts, monday to friday, and a passion for working with children.
