Child Care Supply Assistant - Req. 1050

This role involves providing direct personal care to children, including toileting, first aid, and medication administration, while actively engaging them in play-Based learning activities according to the ymca curriculum. The assistant must ensure the safety and supervision of groups up to 15 children and maintain professional communication with families and staff.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess or be willing to complete standard first aid and cpr (Level c) certification within 90 days, along with passing a satisfactory vulnerable sector check and having up-To-Date immunizations. Required availability includes specific minimum weekly scheduling patterns and a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outdoors daily.
