Quality and Training Specialist - Full Time

This specialist will support and enhance the quality of licensed child care programs through regular training, audits, assessments, and on-Site visits, while developing and maintaining plans to meet or exceed quality and legislative requirements. They will also create and update program materials, facilitate staff training, and conduct regular center visits to provide coaching and support.

Candidates must possess an early childhood educator diploma and current registration with the college of early childhood educators, along with 3–5 years of experience in the child care field. Essential requirements include knowledge of cceya, valid first aid/Cpr, a police vulnerable sector check, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access for regional travel.
