The primary responsibility is teaching organic chemistry i (Chm 1721), covering topics like structural representation, chemical bonding theories, stereochemistry, reaction mechanisms, and organic synthesis principles, including a 3-Hour laboratory component. The professor will also be required to prepare a make-Up exam for the july session upon request from the faculty of science.

The minimum educational requirement is a doctorate (Ph.d.) in biochemistry, chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge through teaching similar courses or relevant work experience. Applicants must also adhere to stipulations outlined in article 5.1.2 of the relevant policies.
