Senior Specialist, Alumni Engagement and Community Partnerships

The senior specialist independently designs, plans, and executes strategic alumni and community engagement initiatives to foster a strong culture of affinity among alumni and partners by creating reciprocal value through connection, contribution, and learning. This role involves proactively identifying, qualifying, and advancing alumni and partners through structured discovery conversations to align them with opportunities in philanthropy, education, or collaboration.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in fields like alumni engagement, advancement, sales, or account management, along with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Essential abilities include managing relationship portfolios, building rapport with senior leaders, strong discovery and synthesis skills, and proficiency in lifecycle management and crm systems.
