Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball

The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of the interuniversity women’s basketball program, focusing on skill analysis, development, team tactics, and overall strategy in collaboration with other coaches. This role also involves assisting in the recruitment of student athletes and supporting the holistic student-Athlete experience both in and out of season.

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree plus 3 years of experience in post-Secondary or professional basketball, including knowledge of current coaching techniques, and must hold safe sport certification through the nccp. Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills, along with an understanding of usports & oua regulations, are essential.
