The clinical performance consultant will deliver training and support to approximately 30 stores in new zealand to enhance clinical effectiveness and excellence. This involves ensuring consistency in optometry and optical procedures while facilitating training, coaching, and development programs.
Candidates must be a qualified optometrist with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a high-Volume setting, holding a recognized bachelor of optometry and current odob registration. Essential requirements include strong coaching/Influencing skills, a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills.
