The consultant supports the dispensing advancement strategy by designing and governing national training interventions, systems, and standards to ensure consistent, high-Quality dispensing across canada. This involves acting as a subject matter expert in lenses and contact lenses, leading the localization of learning materials, and defining national reporting frameworks.
Candidates must be a registered optician and/Or contact lens practitioner in canada with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed optician, coupled with a strong customer service mindset. Essential skills include proven project leadership, excellent organizational and communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in microsoft office.
