The tagalong staff provides age-Appropriate childcare and counseling to supervisory and director staff children, guiding them in daily living, activities, and peer relationship development while ensuring high-Caliber service for all guests. This role also involves supporting various camp leadership teams, including operational, program, health, and cabin staff as needed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged plus one year of college or equivalent experience, and must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and five years of driving experience. Required certifications include pediatric & adult first aid/Cpr, child abuse mandated reporter, and universal standard precautions, or willingness to obtain them.
