This role involves delivering exceptional hospitality by providing guests with engaging, clear, and inspiring 30-Minute guided tours covering geology, wildlife, glaciers, climate change, and history. Responsibilities also include rotating through interpretive stations, engaging guests, anticipating needs, ensuring safety, and performing daily operational tasks like managing shuttle buses and cleaning facilities.
The most important requirement is a passion for making a difference for each guest, coupled with strong communication skills for engaging groups of various sizes. Candidates must be energetic, charismatic, positive, and excited about living and working in a remote outdoor environment, while also being able to work independently and as part of a team.
