Senior Manager, Learning Design

• Lead the enterprise learning design strategy to build skills and capabilities for global retail store employees.
• Define and lead the global learning model including modalities like in-Person, virtual, e-Learning, and blended experiences.
• Establish measurement, evaluation, and monitoring efforts to assess training effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a global learning organization.
• Design engaging curricula and learning experiences for global retail audiences.
• Support the business by partnering with subject matter experts and aligning learning goals to enterprise kpis.
• Oversee creation of high-Quality learning content and platforms.
• Establish assessment strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Stay current on industry standards and apply instructional research to improve learning design

Bachelor’s degree in learning design, instructional design, education, or related field; 8+ years leading learning teams in a global retail environment; deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and learning experience methodologies; experience leading teams to create high-Quality learning assets; ability to ensure consistent standards across modalities.
