• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assistance.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the supervisor on duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-Store readiness and operational excellence throughout shift.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, recognition, coaching, and support team development.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment

1 year retail or customer experience, some leadership or mentoring experience, high school diploma or above, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, legal authorization to work in the country, reliable transportation
