Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, social sciences, counseling, public or business administration, management or related field; 1 year of experience in career coaching, recruitment, business development, or educational administration; familiarity with alberta labor market and government wage subsidies/Grants; proven ability in career coaching, relationship management, event planning, and system proficiency; strong communication, inclusivity, organization skills, and ability to travel within the region.
