This role involves leading the domestic recruitment team, acting as a university ambassador to prospective students and partners, and overseeing the planning, development, and execution of student recruitment initiatives and communications. The incumbent will also provide functional and operational guidance to the office of the registrar, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with policies.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of experience in domestic student recruitment, conversion, and relationship management, preferably within the office of the registrar. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a post-Secondary environment is also required, along with strong knowledge of student information systems and strategic enrolment management principles.
