The dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the melville school of business, advancing its strategic vision, supporting faculty and staff, and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and student success. Candidates must possess a doctoral or terminal degree in a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years each in academic leadership and faculty roles, preferably within a university setting. Essential strengths include demonstrated people leadership, change management, executing strategic initiatives, and understanding emerging trends across diverse business disciplines.
