The associate project officer supports the operational implementation of administrative data production workflows for the survey of formal education, including guiding statistical assistants in data processing, validation, and metadata compilation. This role also involves contributing to quality assurance, preparing datasets for dissemination, and responding to data and methodological queries to strengthen data reliability for sdg 4 monitoring.
Candidates must have an advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or data science, along with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in statistical data production and validation, including at least one year at the international level. Essential skills include strong analytical capabilities and experience with administrative data systems or education statistics reporting.
