Learning Space Support Analyst

The lss analyst provides technical support for computers, audio-Visual technology, and related classroom and lab software across various university locations. This role serves as one of the primary technical contacts for information services & technology (Ist) within these learning spaces.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a diploma in a relevant field (Media, design, theatre production, radio/Television, or it) along with at least three years of experience in the audiovisual or it industry. Required competencies include intermediate to advanced technical knowledge of conferencing systems, diagnostic skills, and strong customer service abilities.
