The educational assistant will collaborate closely with teachers and families to create a nurturing environment for children, assisting them with various learning needs. Key duties involve planning and implementing programming tailored to individual children, maintaining effective communication with families, and collaborating within a team structure.
Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of experience in childcare or working with children facing diverse learning or developmental delays, along with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Essential requirements include access to a reliable vehicle, meeting provincial childcare employment standards, and holding current certifications for standard first aid and infant/Child cpr.
