The early childhood educator will implement programs aligned with brightpath's curriculum to support child development while maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities also include assessing children's needs, discussing progress with parents, and collaborating effectively with staff and management.
Candidates must possess an early childhood education level 2 or 3 certification, or a bachelor of education/Equivalent, and meet provincial requirements for childcare employment. Current standard first aid, infant child cpr, and up-To-Date immunization/Health assessments are mandatory.
