Health Care Assistant (HCA) Online Instructor

The instructor will be responsible for educating individuals to become compassionate professionals within the health care assistant (Hca) program. This involves shaping the next generation of hcas and positively influencing learners in an online setting.

Applicants must hold current, unrestricted registration as an lpn, rn, or rpn with bccnm and possess at least two years of full-Time canadian nursing experience, including work with older adults and complex health needs. Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners, preferably with prior online teaching experience, is also required.
