The pharmacy coordinator will support the pharmacy manager in overseeing investigational product management, including ordering, storage, dispensing, and preparation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols. Key duties involve preparing and compounding trial medications, maintaining accurate study documentation, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with trial teams and sponsors to deliver high-Quality pharmacy services.
Applicants must be a registered pharmacist with ahpra and possess a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related discipline, demonstrating strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in clinical research or investigational product management is preferred, along with strong computing skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
