The employment consultant assesses participant needs, identifies barriers, and delivers solutions-Focused support to help participants secure and maintain employment, including job search activities and retention planning. Responsibilities also involve developing an employer network, marketing participants to meet kpis, and providing pre-Employment assistance and vocational counselling.
Candidates must have completed post-Secondary education in a relevant field and possess two years of related experience, including case management, counselling, or assessment roles. Required skills include proven experience in a high-Performance environment, the ability to work unsupervised, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and knowledge of local labor markets and disabling conditions.
