The specialist will be responsible for designing practical training content such as e-Learning and guides, and co-Creating structured learning pathways with hr and operations teams to accelerate skill development. They will also manage the training experience within the lms, support onboarding, and facilitate change adoption across the organization.
Candidates must possess a university degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in learning and skills development, including content design and pathway deployment, preferably within the insurance sector. Proficiency in lms administration, strong organizational skills, clear communication, and full bilingualism in french and english are required.
