Esthetics Program Coordinator/Instructor-FullTime-Brampton

The aesthetics program coordinator ensures the maintenance of program accreditation, delivers quality instruction according to protocols, and supervises esthetics faculty operating both online and on campus. This role also involves assisting with instructor hiring, overseeing inventory, and coordinating faculty support and curriculum compliance.

Candidates must possess a diploma in aesthetics or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of current industry experience as a practicing esthetician and 3 years of teaching experience in a post-Secondary setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential, with preference given to those having both instructional and program coordination experience.
