The administrator will assist parents and students with inquiries and onboarding, manage communications via phone and email, and support educational consultants with daily operations, including tutor scheduling and availability. Key duties also involve tracking leads in a crm, monitoring student progress, and maintaining high student enrolment through relationship building.
Candidates must have experience in administrative work or sales, preferably within an educational setting, coupled with excellent customer service skills focused on building positive relationships. Essential qualifications include strong organizational abilities, charisma, proactivity, self-Motivation, and knowledge of the ontario curriculum for grades 9-12.
