The principal will fulfill the duties outlined in section 28 of the nb education act and promote optimum learning for all students through instructional leadership, maintaining a positive school climate, monitoring progress, and strategic planning. Effective communication with all stakeholders is also a key component of the role.
Essential qualifications include having or having had a continuing contract in new brunswick, holding valid new brunswick principal’s and teacher’s certificates (Preferably certificate vi), and possessing a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in the public school system. Candidates must also demonstrate written and spoken competence in english, along with familiarity with relevant curriculum, programs, facility management, and communications.
