The vice principal will support the principal in fulfilling the duties of principal as per section 28 of the nb education act. This role also involves promoting optimum learning through instructional leadership, maintaining a positive school climate, monitoring student progress, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Applicants must possess a valid new brunswick principal’s certificate or interim principal’s certificate, along with a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in the public school system and written/Spoken english competence. Eligibility is restricted to teachers who currently or previously held a continuing contract with a school district in new brunswick.
