The chronic disease management nurse educator integrates clinical expertise and knowledge of nursing theory to provide chronic disease education and quality care for clients, families, professionals, and students, focusing on inflammatory bowel disease self-Management education.
Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) and have a minimum of three years of nursing experience with chronic disease patients, including at least one year in patient/Family/Professional education and one year in the specific department area.
