Community Training & Development Trainee

The trainee assists in conducting training and development sessions for hamlet council and staff, participating in community assessments to prioritize training needs. By year two, the incumbent is expected to take on a more responsible role and independently conduct training sessions.

Required knowledge includes municipal council responsibility, skills in developing powerpoint presentations, internet research for materials, and experience in workshop facilitation and group presentations. Fluency in inuktitut is mandatory for this position.
