The learning & development co-Op student will support the entire process of creating training programs, including needs assessment, objective setting, curriculum design, and applying adult learning principles. They will also assist with logistical planning, training delivery, and coordinating projects for a new training facility.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration and possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with organizational abilities. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in instructing or designing curriculum.
