Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, instructional design, education, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in learning design, instructional development, or program coordination. Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and experience with blended learning solutions and lms administration are required.
