Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

The head of fp&a will lead the financial planning & analysis function for the usca east region, owning budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and kpi reporting. This role acts as a trusted finance partner, focusing on strengthening financial discipline and translating data into actionable insights.

Candidates must possess 7–10 years of progressive experience in fp&a or finance leadership, including at least 4 years specifically in fp&a, with proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, and a cpa, cfa, or equivalent professional designation is preferred.
