The physician will provide comprehensive primary health care emphasizing accessibility, health promotion, and continuity of care for clients with complex needs. They will work collaboratively within an inter-Professional team to address the biopsychosocial needs of marginalized community members.
Candidates must have a medical degree, postgraduate family medicine training, and certification with the college of family physicians. A minimum of two years' experience in primary care with complex needs is required, along with strong interpersonal and problem-Solving skills.
