S25031 Educational Assistant

The educational assistant will provide personalized support to students from kindergarten to grade 12, assisting with academic tasks, implementing behavior support plans, and attending to physical and medical needs as required. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with the school community to share information and suggest modifications to strategies to maximize student success.

Applicants must have training and/Or experience working with students with severe behavior challenges and an understanding of neurodiversity such as asd, odd, fasd, or adhd, with preference given to those experienced in executing positive behavior support plans. A willingness to provide personal care, lifting, and toileting support is mandatory, alongside possessing strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic learning environments.
