Governance Administrator

The governance administrator provides essential executive and governance support to enable the first nation school board to operate with transparency, accountability, and efficiency. This role supports directors and advisors to ensure governance processes remain transparent, timely, and grounded in respectful relationships with yukon first nations communities.

The role requires considerable experience building strong and trusting relationships with partners while providing strategic advice and guidance. Success in this position is supported by comfort in the unknown, a desire to create new processes, and expertise in interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and policy.
