Underground Mine Trainer

The trainer will lead hands-On training for underground miners in a narrow vein hard rock environment, ensuring all mining cycles integrate the company's safety values. Responsibilities include individually performing mining tasks, providing on-The-Job and safety training, and developing employees for promotion opportunities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of underground mining experience, including over 5 years operating specific equipment like single boom jumbos and cmac bolters. Required qualifications also include a high school diploma or ged, a valid yukon blasting certificate, and the ability to obtain a yukon permanent first line supervisor certificate.
