The primary duty involves instructing, managing, and overseeing airborne electric sensor operator (Aes op) ab initio students, as well as delivering the flight instructor course (Fic) to aes op instructor candidates. The role also requires serving as an aes op subject matter expert to support the future aircrew training (Fact) ramp-Up plan, including courseware development and testing activities.
Candidates must possess previous military qualified flight instructor (Qfi) experience, verifiable military or professional flying experience within the last 10 years, and a minimum of three years of related instructional experience as an aes op qfi in a comparable flying unit. A comprehensive understanding of rcaf training principles, organizational structures, and familiarity with ot&e activities are also mandatory.
