Educator

The corporate educator develops and delivers education programs for staff, residents, and families, focusing on quality care and safety. This role includes both corporate and site responsibilities, collaborating with community partners to ensure education meets best practice standards.

Candidates must be a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in continuing care or gerontology. Experience in education and quality management is preferred, along with the ability to mentor and lead care staff.
