Youth Support Worker

The youth support worker is responsible for delivering planned programs and activities for youth aged 8 to 30 years. This includes establishing trust and providing support, guidance, and mentorship to help youth develop personal competencies and cultural knowledge.

Candidates must have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with youth and leading activities. A sound understanding of the challenges faced by youth and a willingness to learn about the local culture and language are also required.
