Administrative Support Agent - Student

The successful candidate will make outbound calls to clients to assist them with the enrollment process for the pre-Authorized debit service. They will guide clients through the process, answer questions, and update client information accurately.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a post-Secondary education program and available 2-3 days per week during the school term. Proficiency in both french and english is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
